How long does my parcel remain at the HomerrPoint to be picked up?

You obviously want to pick up your package as soon as possible. If you can't, that's of course no problem! A package remains at a HomerrPoint for 7 days, during this time you will receive three reminders by email to pick up your package. After that, it is automatically returned to the sender's HomerrPoint or the webshop. Unfortunately, we cannot change this.
