There, the parcel will be scanned again and linked to the Homerr location of your choice. This will cause a delay of approximately one week. As soon as the parcel has arrived at the correct location, you will receive an e-mail about this. In case the status has not changed after 5 working days, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service via the button 'my answer is not there'.
In the event that a location cannot be visited due to unforeseen circumstances, we unfortunately have to move to an alternative location in the vicinity. We will select this location within a maximum distance of 10 kilometers as the crow flies (to ensure sustainability in transportation). We hope that you can still pick up your parcel at the alternative location. We apologize for this inconvenience.
